  This polyester static dissipative label will meet the requirements of the GR-383-CORE.  Its size (H.38" X W1.0") is the largest of the standard bar code labels offered.  The difference is that the label is scored horizontally at .24" in order to give you 2 pieces.  This label works great for tight spots on equipment with .24" X 1.0" of space available.
